Niubalus Logistics flies drones where roads do not go. The Niubalus app is the booking layer: a clinic requests a medical delivery, a village books a cargo run, a company charters a flight — priced, paid through BM Pay and tracked from the phone.

Medical deliveries
Clinics and aid posts request medicines, vaccines and samples; Niubalus schedules the flight and the app tracks it to the drop.
Village cargo runs
Book space on a scheduled run or request one: tools, parts, produce, school supplies — priced by weight and distance.
Charters for projects
Surveys, mapping, inspections and film for mines, agriculture and government, booked with a quote and paid through BM Pay.
Track the flight
See the booking move from requested to scheduled to flying to delivered, with the live control-room feed where available.

Villages pay from the BM wallet, organisations by BSP Pay or invoice — receipts on both sides.

The Niubalus Drone Training School already runs Remote Pilot Licence courses, with pay-in-stages through BM Pay.

- Flights are operated by Niubalus Logistics under PNG civil aviation rules.
- Payments run through BM Pay under Blockchain Melanesia's BPNG licence.
- Village bookings can be paid from the BM wallet — the same wallet as Konekt.
- Control rooms in Tabubil (and Kennedy) monitor flights and the airspace feed.
- Your phone number is your ID: one-time SMS codes, no passwords, the same BM ID in every BM app.
